Atlanta-October 2007 : We arrived in Atlanta on Monday afternoon, October 15. Spent the afternoon with Rachel and Kim. We palyed in the backyard. Tuesday we had a lazy day. Grandma and Grandpa watched Rachel while Kim went out for awhile in the morning, then we all went to lunch. (Grandpa's new favorite, Jason's Deli). The off to a park to play. Tuesday evening Kim and Marc went out for the evening and we got to watch our sweetheart! Wednesday we went to the Atlanta Aquarium. Had a great time looking at the fishies. Wednesday afternoon was Music Class and Wednesday evening dinner with everyone and Uncle David. We had a great visit!

North Carolina- October 2007 : We left late on Thursday Oct 11 because we were both getting over colds. We figured a few days with our grandchildren, Cade and Max we would feel much better. The first night both kids tried on their Halloween costumes. Grandma took Friday off and Grandpa read to Cade's class and had lunch with Deborah. Saturday was soccer with Cade, (he scored his first goal), and the pumpkin farm. Saturday night Jim went to NASCAR races with Uncle David, (visiting from Atlanta). Sunday we all went to the North Carolina Zoo in Ashboro. Had a wonderful visit! Oops, I forgot Karate on Friday night.

Rachel June 13, 2008 : Rachel and her parents came by to visit today.What a great Father's Day present for Jim. We hung out had lunch and dinner and managed a trip to the zoo.
